10. Doing As Little as Possible
When you wait until the last possible moment to act, the action itself becomes enjoyable, and you won’t worry about the results or how you’re evaluated. The idea is to do as little as possible, to the point where speaking and acting become infrequent but completely natural, not forced.
People who lead this kind of life might seem like they do nothing, but that’s not the case. They wait until they are sure they need to act, and then they do so with ease and enjoyment.
This kind of minimalism in action doesn’t mean inactivity; it means choosing to act only when it’s necessary, and when it is, the action feels fulfilling. By doing less, you naturally focus on what’s important and do it well.
