10. Nothing Should Happen to Your Body That You Don’t Want
When you believe that everything happens because it’s necessary for you, you won’t fear illness, symptoms, injuries, or disabilities. Accepting what happens to your body isn’t about giving up or wishing for death. It’s about shifting your emotions, thoughts, and actions from regret to focusing on what you want to do now. If everything you’re about to do would result in negative outcomes, what would you want to do now? Conversely, if everything you’re about to do would result in positive outcomes, what would you want to do now? Doesn’t the idea of doing something enjoyable now appeal to you? Wouldn’t you like to focus on what brings you peace of mind and what you can believe in? I believe that choosing actions that bring you joy is one of the ways to live positively and feel happy.
