1. What is Anxiety?

 Anxiety is an emotion with the purpose of promoting evolution and growth. Just as there is no end to evolution and growth, anxiety also never disappears. Emotions such as anger, sadness, envy, dissatisfaction, and distrust, like anxiety, will never vanish.

 Fear is an emotion that you desperately want to transform into love in the present moment. When you feel hair-raising, paralyzing fear, you should hold onto some intention of what you want to do at that moment. Instead of trying to overcome, dispel, or resist the emotion of fear, feel your intention simultaneously while experiencing the fear.

3. How to Transform Anxiety into Love

 To transform fluctuating emotions into love, consider what you want to do right now. It’s not about finding and executing what you want to do immediately. It’s about imagining, thinking, and realizing what you truly want to do and feeling the desire to act. Love is not something that is won through actions; it is a state of peace of mind or the very existence of that state.
