1. People and Yourself Are Connected
It’s not about conveying that everyone is just like you or that bad people are bad because you are bad. What you experience is necessary for you. If you notice something that affects you or stirs your emotions in your daily life, understand that it is needed for your own growth.
2. Other People’s Happiness is Your Happiness
After witnessing or hearing about others’ joyful, happy, and positive behaviors, you will also experience joyful, happy, and positive events. This is because other people’s experiences are reflections of your own experiences. The things that catch your attention or stir your emotions in various daily experiences suggest that similar events are likely to happen to you.
3. Others’ Happiness and Your Own Changes
Observing or hearing about others’ joy and happiness does not automatically increase your own happy experiences. Intentions, expectations, or demands can often have the opposite effect. Understand that when you naturally witness others’ happiness without intent, it confirms that changes in your own behavior can lead to changes in others’ actions.
4. Dealing with Others’ Misfortune
When you witness others’ misfortune, it often means you are experiencing or will experience some form of misfortune yourself. Recognize this as a signal that you need to change something within yourself and find what you want to do now. Instead of ignoring or blocking it out, accept the events occurring around you as they are and address them naturally.
