Enjoying the present moment means being at peace with yourself. It means small emotional fluctuations, staying calm, and acting without hesitation or discomfort. If you have no problems with your daily physical activities, it means you’re doing what you love, what brings you joy, and what you want to do. It’s not about following someone else’s guidelines, like a health check-up, but about how you feel. Positive thoughts and actions are more effective than worrying about the future and trying to prevent illness. Whether or not this leads to healing depends on your mindset.
