1. Emotions are the only self
Everything but yourself is manifested from your emotions. When you are unaware of your emotions, they manifest themselves in emotional words, actions, illnesses, and symptoms. When you become aware of your emotions, your emotional behaviors, illnesses, and symptoms will decrease.
2. When you are aware of your emotions, you can do whatever you want, no matter what happens
The future is unknowable. To be unaware of your emotions is to be unaware of yourself and your emotional words and actions. If you know yourself, you will not deviate from the path you are on, and you will be okay no matter what happens or what you do.
