1. Happiness Comes from Thinking

 The way to become happy is to think that you are happy. Placing conditions outside your own heart to achieve happiness is not true happiness. As a being of love, you need no conditions. As an unconditionally infinite being, you are free to become anything.

2. Happiness is Unconditional

 No matter what happens or what you do, you can always be happy. You can enjoy yourself anytime, anywhere. You don’t have to believe what others teach you or what others believe to be right or good. Believe in what is good for you, think about enjoying the present, and go all out. By doing so, you can enjoy yourself anytime, anywhere. Because you can always enjoy yourself, you are always happy.

3. It’s About Being Proactive, Forward-Looking and Positive

 Rather than making comparisons and seeing what you lack, focus on enjoying the present and finding what is enjoyable now. It’s not about what actions you take, but about what state you are in and what kind of existence you embody. If you are in a state or existence where you can do what you like, what you enjoy, and what you want to do, good things will continue to happen to you.
