1. What is joy?
Joy is the feeling I have after saying and doing what I really want to do. After feeling joy, nothing unpleasant happens to me. If I continue to say and do what I really want to do, nothing bad will happen to me. This does not mean that I do not feel frustration, worry, or other emotions, or that events that upset my emotions do not occur.
2. My own joy and joy with others
My own joy is the joy I feel alone, whether by myself or with others. Joy with others is the joy one feels alone or with others. Joy can be felt anytime, anywhere, and with anyone.
