People Killing People 1. Is It Related to You? 2. Instead of Seeking Causes, Focus on What You Want to Do 3. The Only Thing You Can Do Is Enjoy the Present 4. How Do You Know the Outcome?

1. Is It Related to You?

There is no evidence to suggest that you are directly connected to the various events happening around the world. So why consider yourself connected to the act of people killing each other? The answer lies in the belief that we are all interconnected. Whether you are aware of it or not, events continue to occur. Among the countless events in the world, those you perceive with your senses are connected to you in some way.

2. Instead of Seeking Causes, Focus on What You Want to Do

If you are directly involved in an event, seeking out causes or solutions might be what you want to do. However, if you are not directly involved, then finding what you want to do in the present is a way of addressing the cause or solution. Making choices that bring you inner peace has a ripple effect, similar to the “butterfly effect” or the saying “when the wind blows, the bucket maker profits,” ultimately leading to positive outcomes for all.

3. The Only Thing You Can Do Is Enjoy the Present

There’s a saying that “other people’s misfortune is sweet,” but if many people suffer, you will suffer too. The deeper you explore your true feelings, the more you realize that others’ happiness is also your own. To contribute to others’ happiness, the best thing you can do is to enjoy the present moment. Keeping your emotions calm and enjoying the little things in daily life is not only something you can do, but something you want to do and should do.

4. How Do You Know the Outcome?

As you continue to make choices that bring you inner peace and follow what you truly want, the occurrence of unpleasant events or information, such as people killing each other, will diminish. Instead, you will notice an increase in events and information related to the things you love, enjoy, and want to do. You’ll find yourself thinking, “Come to think of it…” Choosing inner peace brings about more peaceful events and information in your life.
