1. You Won’t Love Yourself More If You Don’t Keep Doing What Makes You Happy

Continuing to do things that are painful, difficult, or distressing won’t make you love yourself more. The more you continue doing things that make you happy, the more you’ll want to cherish yourself. You’ll come to love and adore your existence and actions, and you’ll begin to like every part of yourself. You won’t grow to love yourself more if you don’t choose things that are easy on your heart and body.

2. What Happens When You Love Yourself More?

When you love yourself more, your emotional fluctuations become smaller. You won’t get angry at people, worry about things, or be bothered by them. Since you will act and speak with confidence, good things will happen to you more easily. Because you will feel satisfied and in a good mood, unpleasant things are less likely to happen to you. Loving yourself is beneficial for everything.

3. Understanding That Loving Yourself Is Loving Everything

Loving yourself means loving your existence and actions. You believe in your own existence, no matter what people do or what happens. Whatever you say or do, you like yourself more for it. When others say or do things to you, you respond firmly and don’t blame or regret your own actions. As you come to love everything about yourself, you’ll naturally realize you love everything. Not being able to forgive others’ actions, being dissatisfied with things, or feeling dislike towards anything outside of yourself means you can’t love the parts of yourself that reflect those dislikes.
