1. What is Inner Peace?

Inner peace is not a state where emotions are completely unshaken or without fluctuations. It is the ability to return to a state of calmness even when emotions fluctuate. It refers to minimizing the duration of states where the mind and body are unsettled—such as prolonged excitement, persistent anxiety, constant worry, or ongoing irritation. Inner peace means having small emotional fluctuations and maintaining a calm state.

2. Why Do Emotional Reactions Lead to Negative Outcomes?

Emotional reactions lead to negative outcomes because events arising from a non-peaceful state of mind cannot bring about inner peace. For example, an irritated person struggles to achieve harmony with others, and a worried person finds it hard to foster friendships. Only actions taken from a state of inner peace can sustain positive outcomes. Since all actions are driven by emotions, it is impossible to permanently achieve only good results from a non-peaceful state. Over time, actions driven by inner peace will reduce unpleasant experiences.

3. True Self as Love Through Actions Aligned with What You Really Want

By acting on your likes, joys, and desires, these aspects gradually converge into one. Ultimately, they become unified. When your likes, joys, and desires merge, you come to truly understand that your existence is love. In a state where everything is recognized as love, inner peace is essential. Inner peace is the condition for acting on what you truly want and for realizing your true self.
