 The choices and actions you take are not solely the result of your own efforts. Your existence is supported by the choices of others. You cannot live without the presence of other people. The idea of being alive is not just a belief or assumption; you are sustained by everything around you.

2. Enjoying the Present Moment Benefits Everything

 What is desired of you, as someone who is sustained, is to enjoy the present moment. Enjoying the present is the most beneficial thing you can do for everything that sustains you. Enjoying now leads to positive outcomes for all aspects of life. Adhering to rules or morals is not necessarily what is most beneficial.

3. Finding True Enjoyment Makes Everything Else Irrelevant

 When you find true enjoyment, your focus and actions will naturally revolve around it. The more you think about and engage in what you truly enjoy, the more enjoyable life becomes.
