1. What is something I want to do?
What I want to do is what I like and what I enjoy, what I want to do and what I am compelled to do. What we realize is what I want to do is what I like and what I enjoy doing. What I might want to do is what I want to do. What I am not aware that I want to do is what I am compelled to do.
2. What is something I don’t want to do?
What I don’t want to do is what I don’t like and what is boring. When I do something I don’t want to do, something unpleasant happens to me. It is different from feeling anxious and nervous.
3. What is the true self?
The true self is the self that is aware of what it really wants to do, and continues to say and do it. When I am my true self, things that are unpleasant to me do not happen. When I experience something unpleasant to me, it is an opportunity to realize my true self.
