5. What is Joy?
Joy is the recognition and daily life of always having things you enjoy, things you like, and things you want to do. It’s not about constantly being excited or having your heart leap with joy. Emotions fluctuate, and there are times of conflict. There are times when you can’t believe in yourself, and times when you don’t like yourself. Cherishing such everyday life, accepting and loving all of yourself―that is a joyful life. There is no regret or self-reflection. It is about being yourself, just as your emotions fluctuate, following your heart’s desires.
