When you suffer an injury that requires rest and immobility for a certain period, such as a fracture or sprain of the limbs, or a blow or cut, you may realize that you are doing something you don’t really want to do.
At such times, you are likely feeling a sense of responsibility or obligation that you believe you must fulfill, and you are doing something without feeling gratitude or enjoyment.
You can understand that the injury taught you that even while feeling responsibility and obligation, you can still find enjoyment, find things that make you feel good, and act and speak in a positive mood. If you find yourself in a situation where you have no choice but to do something, understand that it means you want to do it, and even if it involves doing something unpleasant or frightening, if you take care of your own mood, unpleasant things will not happen to you.
