17. What is the Meaning of Life?
The purpose of life varies from person to person. Goals and objectives differ from time to time, including money, status, authority, and power. The meaning of life is doing what you want to do. It’s not about the results, evaluation, or approval of your words and actions, but about the gratitude you feel for being able to continue doing what you want to do.
As you learn about yourself through the emotions that arise after accomplishing what you want to do, the things you don’t want to do decrease. Choosing not to do what you want to do prevents you from experiencing the meaning of life. The meaning of life is the result of choosing to do what you want and continuing to act on it.
Once you experience the meaning of life, goals and objectives become unnecessary, and you prioritize self-knowledge over efforts and plans to achieve them. You begin to act only on what you want to do in the present moment.
