22. What is The Mind?
The mind is our emotions. Our ever-changing emotions tell us what we want to do at this moment. When we feel anger, sadness, anxiety, fear, or other negative emotions, it tells us that we don’t want to do anything. Acting or speaking when the emotional fluctuations have subsided or when there is no hesitation is being true to our hearts. This doesn’t mean remaining silent until the negative emotion disappears, but rather acting in the present moment, while our hearts are calm and warm.
